I have explored most regions of France over many years, both drawing and photographing its many charms. Her history begins with the caves of Lascaux and progresses through the standing stones of Carnac, to imposing castles and chateaux and up to the present age. While she sports a profusion of natural beauty, it is man's mark on her, his architecture and creations, that move me most.
